The Preserve Development of 183 units of mixed-income rental housing. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize an area of Downtown New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor into a live/work/play destination community. The Class A multifamily asset is positioned at the top of the New Orleans rental market, offering a previously unseen level of architectural quality, amenities and services. Domain was among the pioneering development firms working with the Louisiana and Federal governments to establish development programs and provide severely needed housing in post-Katrina New Orleans. The development utilized Go-Zone housing tax credits, Go-Zone tax incentives, Community Development Block Grant Funds, IDB taxable-bond financing and conventional financing.
