
Development of 72 units of mixed-income rental housing. The mid-rise building blends local architecture and creative design to create the market’s premier affordable asset. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize an area of Downtown New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor into a live/work/play destination community. Domain was among the pioneering development firms working with the Louisiana and Federal governments to establish development programs and provide severely needed housing in post-Katrina New Orleans. The development utilized Go-Zone housing tax credits, Go-Zone tax incentives, Community Development Block Grant Funds, IDB taxable-bond financing and conventional financing.
