A comprehensive effort to revitalize an entire neighborhood surrounding Domain’s Preserve development. Domain has undertaken the construction and rehabilitation of over 30 flood-damaged or destroyed single-family homes and lots into for-sale housing units and neighborhood commercial spaces, created 30,000sf of unique work lofts for artists and redeveloped a 2.5-acre public neighborhood park and ball fields. The entire project is being developed in partnership with neighborhood residents, community organizations and local contracting firms.
