
Development of a 134-unit, 150,000sf luxury high-rise condominium on the Long Island City waterfront. Domain was an initial entrant into the rezoned Hunter’s Point district, a formerly underutilized industrial area that is now one of New York’s most rapidly developing neighborhoods. The project involved several layers of complex approvals as the development sits directly above the Queens/Mid-Town Tunnel. Domain sold the entire development with fully completed construction documents and approvals.
