Development of 18,000sf of neighborhood retail incorporated into Domain’s 228-unit Crescent Club multifamily development. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize an area of Downtown New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor into a live/work/play destination community. The project brings critically needed retail amenities to the area including several restaurants, a bank branch, a dry cleaner and a nail salon. The development leveraged private financing with Go-Zone New Markets Tax Credits and Urban Development Action Grant funds through the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority.
