Matt is a co-founder of the Domain Companies and shares responsibility for the overall management and oversight of company operations. Matt has extensive experience in financial and partnership structuring, real estate fund management, political and community relations and in the management of large and complex development transactions. Prior to launching Domain, Matt was a Vice President of Related Capital, the largest multifamily owner and financial services provider in the country. While at Related, Matt was responsible for the acquisition and development of multifamily properties throughout the United States and participated in management, structuring and raising capital for the firm’s institutional investor funds. Matt’s experience includes participation in the acquisition and development of multifamily properties valued at over $2 billon and the closing of over $750 million of institutional investor funds. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University with a concentration in Finance and Management. Matt is actively involved in numerous trade organizations and advisory boards as well as various non-profit and philanthropic endeavors.
