Vincent is responsible for the management of all accounting and reporting functions for The Domain Companies and for the implementation and oversight of internal controls for properties under management and development. Prior to joining the Domain Companies, Vincent was CFO of Metroloft, a specialist in conversions of large Downtown New York City historic structures with a portfolio of nearly $1 billion of mixed-use assets. Prior to Metroloft, Vincent accumulated over eight years of public accounting experience with a strict focus on real estate and complex development incentive programs and partnership structures including extensive work with syndicators and developers utilizing housing and historic tax credits. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Maryland.
