The Domain Cos. said it has financing for The Shops at Crescent Club, a $5 million, 15,000-square-foot retail development being built in the 3001 block of Tulane Avenue.

The project, slated for completion in July, is across the street from Domain’s $55 million Crescent Club apartments and expands on the 3,000 square feet of retail in that development.

Financing for The Shops includes a $3 million construction loan from Capital One Bank and a $750,000 loan from the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority.

Capital One Bank, Subway, a nail salon and spa, a dry cleaner, a gourmet pizza restaurant and an upscale wine and tapas bar have signed leases for space at The Shops.
